From Nature Handmade Jewelry: Autumn Harvest Leaf Ring

Okay...so the sari ribbon blog hop was last week, but I've had so much fun weaving this textural fiber into my ring designs that I had to do just one more, only this time without using the layered metal flowers I am so fond of. 

 

My latest design is my Autumn Harvest Leaf Ring.  Using an antique silver metal "bling" ring shank (this type of shank has tiny loops on top for wiring, wrapping, tying, etc.) I've tied pumpkin orange and red sari ribbon and stitched it into a collage with brass leaves and cultured freshwater pearls in shades of spicy red cinnamon.  I adore the charm this ring design evokes.  I'm guessing this design may just be the springboard for a new line...;O)
