Returns And Exchanges
- If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase, please contact
me within 1 week for a return or exchange (1 week to contact me--I
realize return shipping may take longer.)
- All returns and exchanges are charged a 25% restocking fee.
- Customers have 1 week from receipt of shipment
to return or exchange an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.**
**When paying via PayPal, there is a 45 day money-back guarantee for
all items priced $1000.00 or less. For this guarantee, you must SELECT
this option when you check out. There is a small fee for this service.

Damages. Great care is taken to properly package items to prevent
damage during shipping. If, however, your item arrives damaged, contact
me within 48-72 hours so we can begin processing your claim. Please
keep all packaging together for inspection purposes. If possible,
digital photos are also useful. All packages are fully insured for the
price of the artwork.
- There are no returns on commissions or custom-made items.
