Pink Glam Earrings Featured in Best Hudson Valley Wedding Ever

My Pink Glam Earrings were featured in an article by Jennifer Garry titled “How to Create Your Own Wedding Inspiration Board.”  The idea of using a theme and associating colors and textures to design around is applicable beyond weddings and bridal showers.  It is an oft used tool by artists when painting, designing jewelry, etc., though admittedly sometimes more informally.
Selecting a theme and using word association is a great way to get past any sort of creative block.  A String of Expression:  Techniques For Transforming Art And Life Into Jewelry  by June Roman is an excellent book available on about using collage as inspiration for jewelry design.  Try using a similar method the next time you stumble upon your own artist’s block.
